These are all movements that WILL have a scaled version — each team can scale the movement as needed within their team. This is an open competition with no set divisions!!

  • THRUSTERS 95/75 men 65/55 women
  • DEADLIFT 225/135 men 155/125

There will be a 1RM of one or more barbell movements.

GYMNASTIC MOVEMENTS:

  • PULL UPS/JUMPING
  • T2B/KNEE RAISES
  • HSPU/PIKE PUSH UPS
  • BURPEES– -NO SCALING HERE
  • SIT UPS
  • ROPE CLIMBS/ROPE PULLS
