TRADITIONAL CROSSFIT

Functional movements including body weight movements, barbell movements, gymnastics movements, and cardio movements. All can be completely modified so that they are suitable for all levels of fitness.

KIDS’ CROSSFIT

A fun energetic program for kids ages 5-12 that is designed to promote health and fitness through building body awareness and confidence. This class includes skill work, a workout and game in each session.

TEENS’ CROSSFIT

Designed for teens ages 12-14 that starts to incorporate standard CrossFit lifts along with gymnastic and bodyweight movements.

40+ BEGINNERS

This class includes all the same elements as a traditional CrossFit class in a less intense setting perfect for newbies to CrossFit or those that like things at a slower pace.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

This class focuses on the fundamental movements of Clean and Jerk and Snatch. With the focus on these lifts, this class also includes quite a bit accessory muscle building movements to help increase all around strength.

ELEMENTS

This class is required for all new members. This is a 3-4 class course in which you will gain a basic understanding of the fundamental CrossFit movements in a very small setting. You will meet with all the coaches and learn not only the movements, but the CrossFit lingo and class structure.
